Event description
ISPO Beijing is one of Asia’s leading professional sports trade platforms, bringing together renowned local and international brands in the outdoor sports and lifestyle sectors. The 2025 event attracted a total of 25,823 professional visitors, sports enthusiasts, and key opinion leaders.
Following the success of the Canadian Pavilion at ISPO Beijing 2025, the Consumer Products Business Promotion Team at the Canadian Embassy in Beijing is pleased to officially launch recruitment for ISPO Beijing 2026, aiming to showcase more outstanding Canadian brands.
The Embassy is working closely with the trade show organizers to secure:
- a prime location for the Canadian Pavilion at the entrance of the exhibition hall
- the most competitive rates for space rental
- a series of business-to-business (B2B) events and brand promotions, such as runway shows and community-building activities, to maximize exposure and value for participating companies.
As in previous years, the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) will subsidize participation as budgets allow. Exhibiting companies are expected to contribute CAD 400 to 500 per square metre, which covers booth design and construction. The standard exhibition space is 4 square metres per brand, but additional space can be requested based on interest and availability. We aim to recruit 10cto 12 brands for a 108 square metre booth, with spots allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
While expressing your interest in exhibiting at the Canadian Pavilion at ISPO Beijing 2026, please indicate the amount of space your brand would require.
Note
Participating brands should have Chinese-language capabilities to engage with local businesses and must have registered trademarks and relevant intellectual property in China.
